In short

Chanakyaverse does not sell your data. There are no third party tracking pixels in the app. Your reflections and notes are stored on your device by default and only sync to your account if you sign in.

What we collect

• Your email and display name if you sign in
• Your preferences (delivery time, notification settings, language)
• Notes and bookmarks you save
• Anonymous app event data for crash reporting and bug fixing
• Standard web analytics on chanakyaverse.in via Google Analytics 4 (with IP anonymisation enabled. No behavioural advertising)

What we never collect

• Your contacts, calendar, photos, or location
• Your reading content, except to deliver it to your device
• Behavioural advertising profiles

Ads

Chanakyaverse launches free-with-ads. Ads are delivered by Google AdMob and filtered to family-safe content categories. No adult, gambling, or finance-targeting ads on a wisdom app. AdMob collects standard ad-engagement signals; you can opt out of personalised ads in your device settings. If an optional ad-free paid tier is introduced in the future, paid users will see no ads.

We use exactly these vendors, no more:

• Supabase. Authentication, profile and corpus storage
• Cloudflare. Website + API hosting
• Google Sign-In. Optional authentication provider
• Apple Sign-In. Optional authentication provider (iOS only)
• Google AdMob. Ad delivery (filtered to family-safe categories)
• Google Analytics 4. Anonymised web analytics on the landing site

Your rights under the DPDP Act, 2023

• A copy of all data we hold on you
• Deletion of your account and all associated data
• Correction of inaccurate data
• Restriction of processing

Account deletion can also be self-served via the in-app Account & Data Deletion flow.
