Refund Policy

Short version

Chanakyaverse is currently free to download and use for everyone. There is no purchase, subscription, or in-app sale of any kind. So there is nothing to refund.

Future paid features

We may, in a future release, introduce an optional ad-free paid tier (audio recitations, AI chat, no ads). If and when that happens, this page will be updated with the specific refund terms. Until then. And as long as the app remains entirely free. No refund applies because no money changes hands.

Where payments would happen

If a paid tier is ever launched, payments will be processed by Apple (App Store / iOS subscriptions) or Google (Google Play / Android subscriptions). Their own refund windows and processes will apply alongside ours:

• App Store: request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com within the window Apple allows.
• Google Play: request a refund from play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory within Google's refund window.

We do not process payments directly and therefore do not issue direct refunds. The platform handles the charge and the refund.

Free tier, ads, and your data

The free tier shows family-safe ads. We don't take payment for the ads from you. If you ever feel the ad experience is broken or the wrong category of ad is appearing, email [email protected]and we'll review.
