शोकेन रोगा वर्धन्ते पयसा वर्धते तनुः । घृतेन वर्धते वीर्यं मांसान्मांसं प्रवर्धते ॥
śokena rogā vardhante payasā vardhate tanuḥ | ghṛtena vardhate vīryaṃ māṃsānmāṃsaṃ pravardhate ||
